James was very reassuring from the off. He introduced himself and provided a great insight into the procedure and what to expect. Despite being very nervous he and the team continually eased my nerves and made the whole experience a great one. Though a serious procedure James and the team lightened the mood and were extremely tentative.

I had a small operation yesterday and Dr Wilson was the anaesthetist. He is very friendly and put me at ease. He explained the anaesthetic procedure in depth and administered it very well. He came back to the ward after the operation to see if I was ok. He is very professional but is also very caring.
